Jim Schmid, Jr. has over eight years of software development experience,
including four years of high-speed data communications experience
and three years of high refresh rate user interface experience. The
proprietary financial management software that he and Mr. Cunningham
have developed is essential to support and validate CAM's investment
methodology.

Jim holds a B.S. in computer science from the University of Nevada, Reno and
is an expert in Object-Oriented Programming and Design, Visual C++, COM, DCOM and SQL.
