CAM is committed to the selection of investors that match CAM's corporate
philosophy and culture ensuring suitable, long-term relationships.
CAM provides disclosure of all relevant information necessary
for each investor to determine CAM's skill and ability as a money
management firm. In turn, CAM seeks full cooperation from potential
investors to assist CAM in determining each investor's suitability.

Each investor account is managed in accordance with CAM's proprietary trend
following investment decision model, risk management system, and market
exit system. CAM's investment methodology is not geared towards immediate
investment returns with high levels of risk. It is designed to produce
significant long-term profits and portfolio stability.

Minimum initial investment is US $500,000. CAM reserves the right to waive the initial
account size requirement on a case-by-case basis.
